1. Yoga is more than 5000 years old

· Vinyasa Yoga: "Vinyasa" means "connecting"; each of your movements will be combined with the breath (breathing in, exhaling).



· Bikram Yoga: The common characteristic of this style of Yoga is to practice in a room heated at about 38 - 40 degrees Celcius and 40% humidity. You must drink water after practicing Bikram Yoga.

· Hot Yoga: Like Bikram Yoga, but more creative postures.

· Kripalu Yoga: Not as rigid as other types of Yoga, Kripalu allows you to adjust yourself into various variations of posture depending on your needs and fitness.

· Jivamukti Yoga: It follows the five interior trends of Shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), nada (music), dhyana (tradition), and ahimsa (non-violence).

· Yin Yoga: A school of slow and gentle Yoga practice

· Restorative Yoga: Promote the body's recovery process, help the body rejuvenate and relax.

· Prenatal Yoga: A Yoga practice for Pregnancies.

· Anusara Yoga: Focus to connect all three elements: mind-body - heart (soul-body - heart).

· Dog Yoga: Practice with your dog (so cute). Doga sounds like a fleeting trend, but for those who practice it, the enjoyment seems to come from attachment to their dog in a new and separate way.

· Goat Yoga: Practice with goat

· Naked Yoga: Involves asana under nudity. Its popularity is growing across the U.S.
